The straight-through screen is an efficient and professional screening equipment. Working principle
Core principle:
The straight-through screen utilizes two vibration motors installed beneath the screening machine as the excitation sources. When the two motors rotate in opposite directions simultaneously, they generate a reciprocating excitation force along a straight line. Under the drive of this force, the screen box drives the screen mesh to perform linear and regular jumping or vibrating movements. 
Work Flow:
1. Feed and Distribution: Materials enter the screening machine through the feed port and fall onto the screen surface. The linear vibration force evenly lifts the materials and transports them forward, while also distributing them uniformly on the screen surface.
2. Screening and Classification: Fine particles smaller than the screen mesh diameter are rapidly passed through the screen under the action of vibration and gravity, achieving classification or impurity removal. Due to its unique straight-out design, the qualified fine materials usually concentrate and are discharged in one direction quickly.
3. Discharge: Large particles or impurities that have not been screened move forward along the screen surface under the push of the linear vibration, and finally are discharged from the other discharge port at the front of the screen box, completing the entire screening process.

This linear vibration trajectory enables the material to move along a long and fast path on the screening surface, resulting in a large processing capacity. It is particularly suitable for rapid screening, impurity removal, or size classification of granular and powdered materials.
