Working principle
This equipment works in conjunction with a built-in negative pressure dust removal system and a mechanical screening device. When the material is discharged, the air flow is utilized to capture the dust and prevent it from spilling out into the workshop environment. At the same time, the vibrating screen mesh is used to intercept large impurities and foreign objects, ensuring the purity of the material. This closed-loop operation mode that integrates dust removal, screening, and discharging not only effectively recovers the material and reduces waste, but also significantly improves the hygiene conditions of the production site and ensures the health of the operators.
