The ton-bag packaging machine is an automated weighing and filling equipment specifically designed for powder particle materials. It is mainly used to quickly and accurately fill the materials into flexible container bags. This equipment integrates functions such as automatic bag hanging, gravity or spiral feeding, high-precision weighing and metering, bag mouth tight sealing, and automatic bag removal. It can significantly improve packaging efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers. It is widely used in the finished product packaging processes of industries such as chemicals, building materials, grains, feed, and minerals, ensuring the standardization and safety of the materials during storage and transportation.
The working principle of the ton bag packaging machine is to use high-precision weighing sensors to continuously monitor the weight of the materials in the bag. Through the PLC control system, it implements multi-level feeding strategies and automatically calculates and compensates for the drop height of the materials during the air drop process. Thus, under the effect of gravity or screw propulsion, the materials are precisely filled to the set weight, and finally, the bag clamping device is automatically released to complete the unloading.
1. High-precision measurement: Equipped with high-precision sensors and dual-level feeding control, the weighing dynamic accuracy reaches ±0.1% to ±0.2%, effectively avoiding material waste.
2. Highly automated: The PLC control system realizes the automation of bagging, feeding, weighing, and bag opening processes. The touch screen operation is accompanied by fault self-diagnosis, significantly reducing manual intervention.
3. Various feeding methods: Options include spiral, gravity self-flow, or vibration feeding to adapt to the characteristics of powders, particles, and gas-containing materials, ensuring smooth discharging.
4. Environmental protection and dust removal: Key dust emission points are equipped with efficient dust removal interfaces or negative pressure systems, effectively suppressing dust leakage and improving the working environment.
5. Durable structure and easy operation: The main body is sturdy and durable. Combined with pneumatic or hydraulic lifting mechanisms and bag-clamping devices, the operation of hanging and un-hanging bags is simple and effortless.
