Product description
The continuous vacuum feeding machine is an efficient and automated conveying equipment specially designed for powders, particles and small-sized materials. It utilizes the principle of negative pressure vacuum to achieve dust-free, continuous and stable material transportation from one or more feeding points to the designated silos or processing equipment within a sealed pipeline. This equipment has a compact structure and is easy to clean, effectively preventing material cross-contamination and external dust leakage. It is widely used in industries such as food, chemical engineering and new energy, significantly enhancing the automation level of production lines and the safety of the working environment.
Working principle
The working principle of the continuous vacuum feeding machine is to utilize the vacuum pump to generate negative pressure in the sealed separator, thereby sucking in the mixture of the material and air and achieving gas-solid separation through the filtration system. When the preset conditions are met, the system automatically cuts off the vacuum and introduces reverse blowing compressed air for vacuum breaking and filter element cleaning. At the same time, the bottom discharge valve is opened to allow the material to be discharged under the force of gravity.
