The 25kg powder packaging machine is designed for precise quantitative packing of powdered materials, featuring high-accuracy weighing and a dust-proof, sealed design. It automatically completes metering and bagging operations, suitable for 25kg powder bagging in industries such as chemicals, food, and building materials, and can be integrated into complete automated powder production lines.
The equipment uses a screw conveyor to precisely meter powder, with load cells providing real-time weight feedback and dual-stage feeding for improved accuracy. It automatically stops discharging when the preset 25 kg is reached. A sealed design combined with a dust collection system minimizes dust leakage, enabling automatic quantitative bagging of powders.
