The dust-free feeding station is suitable for the unpacking, feeding, sieving and

unloading of small and medium-sized bag materials in the, chemical, food, battery

material and other industries. During unpacking, due to the effect of the dust collection

fan, it can avoid the material dust flying everywhere When the material is unpacked

and poured into the next process, it only needs to be manually directly unpacked and

put into this system, and the dust-free feeding completes the opening, feeding, and

reverse blowing dust collection, and the material passes through the vibrating screen

(safety screen), which can intercept large pieces of material and objects, thus ensuring

that the particles that meet the requirements are discharged, and the fed materials can

also be transferred to the next process through the vacuum feeder.

 

The operator places the material belt on the bracket and pushes it into the grid. Then,

the operator cuts a vertical slit in the material belt pours and shakes the material belt to

empty it. The materials fall into the hopper by gravity and can be connected to the

conveying unit equipment through the bottom conveying pipeline effectively convey the

materials to the designated position. The built-in suction dust filter can collect the dust

produced during the emptying of the material belt. Its filter is cleaned reverse

compressed air jet, and the dust removed falls back into the hopper, which can achieve

continuous and uninterrupted feeding.
