The ton bag unpacking machine is an unpacking machine that can environmentally
and efficiently discharge the raw materials in the ton bag into the customer's. The
traditional unpacking machine will cause a large area of material dispersion and
corresponding environmental pollution during the unpacking process. In order to
solve the influence of material dispersion the unpacking process, most modern
enterprises have begun to use mechanical large bag opening systems. The use of
such a large bag opening system can not only replace the traditional bag opening

intensity of workers.
The electric hoist is fixed on the cross beam of the top frame, and can also be fixed
on the floor. The ton bag is by the electric hoist to the top of the hopper, with the bag
mouth extending into the feed port of the hopper, and then the bag clamping is
closed, the bag tying rope is untied, and the bag clamping valve is slowly opened,
and the materials in the bag flow smoothly into the hopper The materials fall from the
hopper to the lower part of the rotary valve, enter the bottom pipeline, and the
compressed air from the factory can transport the materials to destination by air power,
and the unpacking and conveying work is completed. For fine powder materials, this
set of equipment can be equipped with or connected to a dust, so as to filter the dust
generated during the pouring process, and discharge the clean tail gas into the
atmosphere, so that workers can work easily in a clean environment If it is clean
granular material with less dust content, installing a polyester filter element at the
exhaust port can achieve the purpose of dust removal, and no dust collector needed.
