The Circular swing screenis currently the most effective simulation of the principle of manual
screening movement (screening accuracy, efficiency, and screen life are all 5-10 times that
of conventional circular screens), and is specially designed to meet the needs of large output
and high-precision screening. It is suitable for all fine and ultra-fine powders and granular
materials, especially those that are difficult to handle.
The residence time of each product can be adjusted by the radial and tangential inclination
of the oscillating screen towards the drive shaft. Thus three-dimensional rolling motion on
the screen is established. The material is evenly distributed from the centre to the periphery
over the entire screen surface and thus conveyed in a motion in the axial direction. The fine
particles thus complete the screening process. The horizontal and vertical acceleration
increases with the movement of the particles, and particles close to screen hole size are
successfully separated; larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow is
controlled by an adjustable guide device at the outlet, which is another in controlling the
material's residence time. This process is repeated between each screen layer
