The rotary vibrating screener is a high-precision fine powder screening machine,
characterized by low noise, high efficiency, and quick net changing within3-5
minutes. It features a fully enclosed structure, making it suitable for the screening
and filtering of particles, powders, and viscous liquids. The vibrating screener
uses a vertically mounted motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are
installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor rotational
motion into three-dimensional movements in horizontal, vertical, and inclined
directions, and then transmitting this movement to the screen surface. By adjusting
the phase angles at the and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screen
surface can be changed.
The motion path of the vibrating body of the rotary vibrating screen is a complex
three-dimensional curve in space, which projects a circle on the horizontal and
two identical ellipses on two perpendicular planes. In actual use, by adjusting
the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibrating motor,
motion path of the material on the screen surface can be changed, thus
achieving different screening purposes.
1. Small size, light weight, easy to move, the direction of the outlet can be
adjusted arbitrarily, coarse and fine materials are automatically discharged, can
be automated or manual operation.
2. High screening accuracy, high efficiency, can be used for any powder,
granules, and liquids.
3. screen does not clog, no dust flies, the finest screening can reach 500 mesh
(28 microns), and the finest filtration can reach5 microns.
4. Unique screen frame design (mother and child style), long-lasting screen,
easy to change, only takes 3-5 minutes, operation, easy to clean.
5. No mechanical action, easy maintenance, can be used in single or multiple
layers, the parts in contact with the material are of stainless steel (except for
pharmaceutical use).
