Product description
Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipment for conveying bulk materials, and is often called the skein. It is mainly composed of a driving device, a helix, a chute, a bearing and other components. When working, the driving device drives the spiral body to rotate in the tank, using the friction between the spiral blade and the material and the pushing effect of the spiral body, the material is transported along the tank from one end to the other end. Screw conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, good sealing, small footprint, flexible adjustment of transportation direction, etc., widely used in chemical, building materials, grain, metallurgy and other industries, can horizontal, inclined or even vertical transport powder, granular and small block materials, such as cement, sand, grain, ore, etc., but it also has a crushing effect on the material, limited transportation distance and other limitations.
Working principle
The screw conveyor relies on the rotation of the screw blade to achieve material transportation. When the motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate, the spiral blade rotates accordingly. The material located in the tank is subjected to a push along the direction of the spiral due to the rotation of the spiral blade. This thrust can be decomposed into the circumferential force that rotates the material around the spiral axis and the axial force along the spiral axis. Due to the friction between the material and the tank wall, the circumferential force is offset, and the axial force pushes the material to move in the direction of the outlet in the tank, so as to complete the conveying process of the material from the feed end to the discharge end, and achieve efficient and continuous material transmission, which is suitable for the conveying of a variety of bulk materials in different scenarios.

Strong adaptability to materials: can transport a variety of powder, granular and small block materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, grain, sand, etc., the physical and chemical properties of the material requirements are relatively low, in chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, food and other industries have been widely used.
