The vibrating screen is an efficient screening device that uses a motor to drive an

eccentric wheel, causing the screen box to produce a swaying motion, which allows

the material to achieve a movement effect similar to manual operation. Its structure

includes a screen box, drive device, screen mesh, etc., and it has the characteristics

of high screening efficiency, precision up to 6-level separation, no easy blockage,

stable operation, and adjustable parameters to meet different material screening

needs. It is widely used in chemical, food, mining, pharmaceutical and other industries,

and can efficiently complete the screening and grading tasks of various materials.

 

The circular vibrating screen is usually driven by a motor, which drives the eccentric

wheel or eccentric shaft to rotate. The rotation of the eccentric or eccentric shaft

causes the screen box to produce a swaying motion, which is a composite motion

that can be decomposed into a radial displacement and a circumferential about this

displacement, and the two are combined to form a spiral motion. The spiral motion of

the screen box is transmitted to the material on the screen surface, causing material

to also make a similar spiral motion. During the motion, the material particles will

continuously contact and collide with the screen mesh. Material particles smaller than

the screen hole will fall through the screen holes to the lower layer under the action of

gravity and inertial force; while material particles larger than the screen hole size will

continue to on the screen surface and eventually be discharged from the discharge

port, thus realizing the screening of the material. The eccentricity, speed and other

parameters of the circular vibrating are usually adjustable. By adjusting these

parameters, the amplitude and frequency of the screen box motion can be changed,

and then the motion speed, trajectory and residence time of material on the screen

surface can be changed to adapt to different material characteristics and screening

requirements.

 
1. Efficient screening: The vibrating screen simulates the manual screening action,

causing the material to produce a complex and trajectory on the screen surface,

greatly improving the screening efficiency. The processing capacity per unit time is

large, usually several times that of ordinary screening equipment. It can quickly the

screening of a large amount of material, effectively improving production efficiency.

 

2. High precision: Through the reasonable design of the motion mode and parameter

adjustment, the vibrating can achieve high-precision screening of materials, accurately

grading materials of different particle sizes. It can be precisely separated into 6 levels,

with a screening efficiency of up 90%-99%, ensuring the stability and consistency of

product quality and meeting various production process requirements for strict particle

size control.

 

3. Good anti-blocking performance: The vibrating screen is usually equipped with a

variety of anti-blocking devices, such as setting silicone rubber balls, rotating cylinder

brushes, etc. under the screen. The silicone balls continuously collide with the screen

when the screen box moves, and the rotating cylinder brush rotates and brushes the

screen under the screen, which can timely clear the material particles in the screen

holes, keep the screen holes unobstructed, and effectively solve the problem that

traditional screening equipment is prone to blockage, reducing the maintenance time

cost of the equipment.

 

4. Flexible adjustment: The key parameters such as the eccentricity, speed, and

amplitude of the vibrating screen can be flexibly adjusted according different material

characteristics and screening requirements. Users can quickly change the operating

parameters of the equipment through simple operation or replacement of corresponding

parts, so that the equipment can adapt the screening work of a variety of different types

and different particle size range materials, and has strong universality and adaptability.

 

5. Simple structure: The overall structure relatively simple, mainly consisting of basic

parts such as screen box, drive device, and screen. There is no complicated transmission

mechanism and vulnerable parts. This makes the installation commissioning, and

maintenance of the equipment more convenient, reducing the user's use cost and

maintenance difficulty. When the equipment fails, it can also be quickly overh and replaced
