The fully automatic ton bag packaging machine has a high degree of automation,
and the whole process of material conveying, metering, and sealing is completed,
reducing human intervention, with less error and high efficiency. It can operate
continuously to meet the needs of large-scale production. Whether it is granular,
powd, or block materials, it can handle them, and it can also quickly adjust
according to the specifications of the ton bag and the packaging weight to adapt to
different production.
When the fully automatic ton bag packaging machine is working, the materials are
first transported from the storage bin to the feeding port through gravity or
mechanical conveying and then accurately measured by the weighing sensor or
volumetric metering device. When the materials reach the preset weight, the
materials are filled into the ton bag by self or pneumatic filling, and finally the
opening of the ton bag is sealed by heat sealing or sewing according to the material
of the ton bag. The whole process is coordinated by the control system to efficiently
complete the packaging operation.

processes such as material conveying, metering, filling, and, without the need for a
large amount of manual intervention. This can effectively reduce labor costs,

volumetric metering devices, it can control the error of the weight of the material within

ton bag packaging machines adopt energy-saving design, optimize the power system,
and reduce energy consumption. At the time, they are equipped with dust collection
devices and sealed structures, which can effectively reduce the dust and leakage of
materials during the packaging process, and meet environmental protection requirements.
