Product description
The Z-shaped elevator is a vertical conveying equipment arranged in a Z shape. It drives the hopper to run in a closed or semi-closed casing through a traction chain or belt. It can receive materials at the bottom feeding port, and after being conveyed in the horizontal section, the materials are lifted along the vertical section and then conveyed to the designated position through the top horizontal section. It features a small footprint, high conveying efficiency, and the ability to achieve multi-point feeding and discharging. It is widely used in the continuous lifting and conveying of granular and powdered materials in industries such as grain, chemical engineering, and building materials.
Working principle
The Z-shaped elevator is a highly efficient continuous conveying equipment that integrates horizontal conveying and vertical lifting. It is named for its overall Z-shaped layout. It is driven by a motor to pull a chain or belt, which drives the hopper fixed on it to run in a closed casing in a cycle. The material is picked up by the hopper from the bottom feeding port, conveyed in the horizontal section, lifted along the vertical section, and then discharged from the top horizontal section to the designated position. This equipment, with its advantages of small floor space, high conveying efficiency, multi-point loading and unloading, and good sealing performance, is widely used in industries such as grain processing, chemical engineering, and building materials, to achieve the automatic vertical lifting and horizontal transfer of granular and powdered materials.

1. Z-shaped compact layout: Three-section structure of horizontal - vertical - horizontal, reducing the floor space by 30% to 50% compared with traditional hoists, suitable for space-constrained scenarios.
2. High-efficiency continuous conveying: The traction component drives the hopper to operate in a cycle, with a conveying capacity of 5 to 200 tons per hour, supporting the automatic conveying of granular and powdered materials.
3. Flexible multi-point loading and unloading: Multiple feed ports and discharge ports can be set up in the horizontal/vertical sections to meet the process requirements of "multiple unloading at one place" or "multiple unloading at one place".
4. Fully enclosed anti-pollution: The casing is designed to be enclosed, effectively preventing dust from overflowing and material contamination, meeting environmental protection requirements as well as hygiene standards in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
5. Low consumption and stable operation: The motor power is matched as needed, with low vibration and noise (≤85dB) during operation. Daily maintenance is convenient and cost-effective.
