The rotary vibrating screen is a screening device that uses a vertical motor to drive the upper and lower eccentric weights, causing the screen surface to generate a three-dimensional compound vibration of horizontal, vertical and inclined. The materials on the screen surface diffuse in a spiral shape, achieving precise classification of different particle sizes. Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen is a screening equipment that uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Through the rotation of the eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor, the screen surface generates three-dimensional compound vibrations in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions, driving the materials to diffuse in a spiral motion from the center to the periphery, thereby achieving precise classification of materials of different particle sizes. It features high screening accuracy, large processing capacity, compact structure and flexible adjustment. It is widely used in the screening and filtration of particles, powders and slurries in industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine and mining. The vibration parameters can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the materials (such as particle size, moisture and corrosiveness) to meet diverse production needs.
