Product Introduction
The swing sieve is an efficient multi-layer vibrating screening equipment. Its core is driven by an eccentric shaft to generate three-dimensional swinging motion, enabling the materials to be evenly dispersed on the screen surface and sorted by particle size in layers. It adopts a multi-layer screen design and can simultaneously achieve the classification of various particle size materials. It has the characteristics of high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, high screen mesh utilization rate, and low blockage. Working principle
The vibrating screen is driven by an eccentric shaft to generate three-dimensional oscillating motion, integrating horizontal rotation and vertical vibration to simulate the manual shaking action. The materials are conveyed and diffused under the inclined angle of the screen surface. Fine particles fall through the screen mesh, while coarse particles move towards the end and are discharged. Its multi-layered stacked structure is equipped with different mesh sizes, enabling multiple-stage separation in one operation.
