Product description
The dust-free feeding station is an environmental protection equipment for feeding powder and granular materials. It solves the problem of dust flying in traditional feeding through a sealed cavity and a negative pressure dust collection system. After the materials enter the closed space, the generated dust is captured in time and the clean air is discharged up to standard after being filtered by the filter core. It is suitable for bagged and bucketed materials and is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries to ensure health and dust-free production.
Working principle
The dust-free feeding station achieves dust-free feeding through "sealed isolation, negative pressure dust collection, and filtration purification". The sealed cavity blocks the spread of dust. The built-in negative pressure system creates negative pressure inside the cavity, capturing the dust generated during feeding and introducing it into the filtration device. The dust is intercepted by the filter screen, and the clean air is discharged by the fan (or recirculated internally). Some equipment is equipped with vibration and dust cleaning devices to enhance stability and dust-free performance.
