Product Introduction
The swing screen is an efficient fine screening equipment, featuring a multi-layer screen surface design. Through the three-dimensional swing motion of the screen body, material classification is achieved. Under the influence of gravity and swing force, the material slides and turns evenly along the screen surface, allowing particles of different sizes to quickly pass through the corresponding screen holes, while impurities or coarse materials are discharged from the end. Working principle
The working principle of the vibrating screen is based on the three-dimensional motion mechanism similar to that of manual screening. It achieves a unique oscillating trajectory by driving the screen body through a driving device. Specifically, under the action of the power, the screen body simultaneously undergoes a combined motion of inclination, rotation and forward and backward swinging. This motion causes the materials on the screen surface to be subjected to continuous thrust and flipping forces: small particle materials, under the action of gravity and motion inertia, quickly pass through the sieve holes and enter the lower layer or collection area; while large particles or impurities are guided by the oscillating force to move along the inclined direction of the screen surface towards the end, and finally are discharged. By adjusting the oscillation frequency, amplitude and screen surface inclination angle, it can adapt to the characteristics of different materials and achieve efficient and precise classification screening.
