Overview of Hydraulic vibroflot
The hydraulic vibrator drives the motor to rotate through the hydraulic power station, and the vibration exciter transmits the vibration force to the soil layer. The hydraulic station can flexibly adjust the vibration frequency of the vibrator according to the stress of different soil layers, so that the vibrator has stronger penetration and can adapt to a wider range of geology.

VIBROFLOTATION is one of a typical technique which is a widely used application for foundation soil improvement. In VIBROFLOTATION construction, vibroflot equipment makes a joint action of horizontal vibration and high pressure water or air shock to compact the loose sand layer or formed in soft soil of gravel column to compose the composite foundation with original soil together, finally achieve the improvement of soil by load capacity, settlement controlling as well as the anti-seismic capacity. Vibroflotation is often used in foundation treatment of dams, oil fields, power plants, ports, airports, bridges, etc.
a) The hydraulic vibrator can accurately and quickly control the vibration frequency by adjusting the displacement of the hydraulic pump (closed variable system), which makes it easier for the construction personnel to find an excitation frequency with high pile sinking efficiency.
b) Through stepless frequency conversion, the hydraulic system can find the best vibration frequency and amplitude suitable for different geological conditions and pile types, so as to ensure the full load output of the power system all the time, so as to obtain the best work efficiency.
c) The higher working frequency of the hydraulic vibro float is beneficial to reduce the foundation vibration of surrounding buildings caused by construction and the problem of working comfort of construction personnel.
