It has the buzzer when car goes closer or appear in the detection zone, the indicator lights in the outside mirrors will come on for a few seconds, and the buzzer sounds.
Please aware, when you have the blind spot monitor turned off, it also deactivates rear cross-traffic alert. While driving, if an adjacent vehicles enters a blind spot area, the indicator will illuminate in that side-view mirror.
