2. Tolerance: Minute deviations will trigger fluid leakage or operational failures. Our CNC processes hold tolerances of ±0.005mm, supported by 100% full inspection with 3D scanning technology.
3. Sealing: Improperly matched seals will cause leakage. We evaluate fluid types and working pressures to recommend suitable seal materials. And Our CNC machining delivers surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 μm.
4. Corrosion Resistance: We provide surface treatments including electroless nickel plating, powder coating, black oxide finishing and passivation, tailored to different operating environments.
