FCR25-L6 Change Rack Usage Instructions
Preparations: Ensure that the changerack is securely installed and the measuring instrument is in normal working condition. Also, prepare the probe to be replaced.
Removing the old probe: Gently rotate the old probe and remove it from the changerack in the indicated direction. Be careful not to exert excessive force, as this may damage the probe or the rack.
Installing the new probe: Insert the new probe into the changerack in the indicated direction and rotate it to the fixed position. Ensure that the probe is securely installed without any looseness.
Calibration and verification: After replacing the probe, perform necessary calibration to ensure measurement accuracy. You can verify the accuracy and reliability of the probe by measuring a known-sized standard part.
FCR25-L6 Change Rack Daily Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly use a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the change rackto remove dust and dirt. Avoid using chemical cleaners or water for direct rinsing to prevent damage to the surface coating or internal structure.
Check for tightness: Regularly check whether all components of the change rackare securely fastened. If any are loose, tighten them promptly. Especially the connection part between the probe and the rack, ensure it is safe and reliable.
Rust prevention: When using in humid or dusty environments, pay attention to rust prevention treatment for the change rack. You can choose to apply an appropriate amount of rust inhibitor or rust preventive agent to extend the service life.
Storage protection: When the change rackis not in use, store it in a dry, ventilated, and dust-free place. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. Avoid contact with sharp objects or heavy objects to prevent scratches or damage.
