FCR25-L6 Change Rack Usage Instructions

Preparations: Ensure that the changerack is securely installed and the measuring instrument is in normal working condition. Also, prepare the probe to be replaced.
Removing the old probe: Gently rotate the old probe and remove it from the changerack in the indicated direction. Be careful not to exert excessive force, as this may damage the probe or the rack.
Installing the new probe: Insert the new probe into the changerack in the indicated direction and rotate it to the fixed position. Ensure that the probe is securely installed without any looseness.
Calibration and verification: After replacing the probe, perform necessary calibration to ensure measurement accuracy. You can verify the accuracy and reliability of the probe by measuring a known-sized standard part.
