3. AI Platform Processing: Images sync to KVIS Cloud AI Platform, with model training/deployment in 1 hour (minimal annotation).
4. Intelligent Classification & Rejection: Self-developed AI classifies "OK/NG" products, triggering pneumatic inline rejection for defects.
5. Flexible Software Configuration: Configurable comparison standards balance inspection precision and efficiency.
6. Auto Counting & Sorting: Qualified products are counted for packaging; defects go to dedicated bins.
