Detection principle
By docking the front-end automation mechanism (which can be directly docked with conveying lines, robotic arms and other material-arranging mechanisms, the specific implementation method is to be determined according to the production site), the curved surface printing samples are stably and orderly transferred to a specific detection station, and then passed through an industrial camera.
The captured high-pixel sample image is transmitted to the image processing software, and the good and bad products are detected and determined by the AI artificial intelligence algorithm, and the corresponding pneumatic components are controlled to remove the bad products, and finally the qualified products are output, and the back-end conveyor platform of the testing machine It can be connected to the automatic packaging mechanism.
