The Carton machine sorting machine includes a monitoring host in the monitoring room and vision sorting devices distributed in each site.The vision sorting device that distributed in each site can work independently, also the monitoring host can also monitor each site device in real time.The carton cigarette sorting machine is based one vision technology that has been independently developed by our company for on-line detection and sorting of carton cigarette.Compared with the existing carton package appearance inspection equipment on the market, our detection accuracy is greatly improved, the maintenance work is been reduced, and the detection speed is greatly improved, make sure the quality of the carton cigarette appearance.
Basic system components.
1 High-speed digital camera: A high-speed black-and-white digital camera with 80 frames per second (colorful) can be used for multiple imaging of cartons.
2 High-brightness LED light source: use special high-brightness LED light source. In order to achieve the best imaging quality in each imaging.
3 High-precision optical fiber sensor: High-precision and fast response sensor is used to achieve the accurate positioning.
4 Rejection device.
5. Applied with industrial-grade touch panel PC: adopts imported industrial computer and WIN NT system to ensure system stability
6 PLC: A set of Siemens S7-200 programmable controller.
7.Cartons separate system: Self-designed mechanical Cartons separate system to avoid the connection between cartons.
