Inspection Principle

Judging from the existing pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, they are all developing at a relatively rapid rate. The speed of mergers and reorganizations in the pharmaceutical industry has accelerated. Such a speed of development will put forward higher requirements for the production capacity and product quality of pharmaceutical packaging companies. Changes in external market demand will promote the development of pharmaceutical packaging in the direction of large-scale development, which poses a great challenge for pharmaceutical packaging companies.

The design plan for our company is equipped with industrial cameras, a cap organize machine to realize a full range of defect detection on the concave, trademark and side of the bottle caps. The normal detection speed is 500 pieces per minute; The front part of the detection machine can be equipped with a set of organize conveying equipment to transport the bottle caps into the detection equipment in a regular and orderly manner. The detection equipment is divided into 3 major detection system modules: the first module is to realize the defect detection function in the concave and the side of the cap.

Detection software function:

1. Camera image calibration function
2. The system displays real-time production information (qualification rate, total production, speed, etc.), historical production information browsing, export and save functions.
3. Permission management based on the login account (such as general operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions)
4. Operation and adjustment of the mechanical part of the system.(Such as open the transmission device, the adjustment of the air valve blow time, and the adjustment of the alarm signal)

Machining Process

Machine Maintenance

• Cleaning: Carefully clean the dust on the machine (lenses/conveyor belt); Cleaning method: Please clean the machine with soft cloth soaked with slight alcohol
• Air supply system Check: Keep watching the air pressure, the pressure must keep at 0.6-0.8mpa. Cleaning the air system which include the air tank and air filter. The air supply system needs to be drained in time, and the filter element needs to be replaced regularly. I
• In‐service inspection: During the operation, please check whether the cap unscrambling machine is working normally and whether there is any blockage. In case of blockage, it needs to be dealt with in time.
• Maintenance after operation: Orderly shutdown the system, and clean the whole system.

Others

• The above solutions is strictly based on the customer's existing sample styles and defect types and is confirmed on the basis of our optical testing, algorithm and mechanical evaluation. If there are new products and defect requirements in the future, please be sure to provide us before the production date of the order (the date of receipt of the advance payment) so that the technical team can do second evaluation & confirmation. Once the order is produced, the whole inspection plan will not be modified.
