Film surface defects online detection system is used to detect common defects such as stains, mosquitoes, holes and impurities on the surface of various film products in the production,, the system can find the defect information on the product surface in time when production, and reflect the defect information on the production line in real time, and classify the defects, can completely replace the personal eye for defect detection. This system can save lot of the production cost, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the quality of the film.
Keye film surface defect detection system can detect the surface defects caused in the production at a high speed and accurately, display and identify all surface defects on the film surface at the same time.The system Can detect the diameter of 0.01mm-2mm smudges, stripes, damage, edge cracks, wrinkles, dark spots, bright spots, edge damage, black spot defects, hair, mosquitoes, and other common surface defects.
The whole system is based on industrial CCD camera online image scanning working principle. When the production line is runnin in high speed , the product surface is irradiated by high light LED industrial linear concentrating light source with specific wavelength(For opaque film products, use the reflective detection principle).At the same time, industrial CCD camera is used to scan and take the product image of under the light source.
The system uses Keye visual AI software algorithm to identify defects in the film images which collected by the camera, to realize the on-line detection, classification and subsequent disposal of defect according to the image features of all kinds of defects which were collected in advance and the recorded defect database.
Simple operation, just click "start", "stop" to complete all operations. Can running in extreme temperatures and plant environments continuous. When defects are found, alarm can be issued according to the setting , the system reminder prompt repair and avoid a large number of defective products in production.
