[Working principle]
When the production line is in running, the bright LED linear light source is illuminated on the product surface by the principle of transmission(For thick paper, higher surface defect detection Angle requirements using reflection detection principle).The linear array camera set up on the production line is scanned synchronously in real time. At the same time, the paper defect images collected by the camera are segmsed and processed by KVS image processing unit.
Due to the obvious difference between the grayscale of defective images and normal products images, AI artificial intelligence algorithm is used to enable the system to find and locate defects accurately , judge and classify defects effectively.
