6kW 48V Hybrid Solar Inverter with 6kW PV Input and Parallel Operation
This single-phase hybrid solar inverter combines 6kW pure sine wave output, MPPT solar charging, 48V battery integration and AC charging in one compact platform. It can be considered for homes, shops, offices, farms and light commercial projects that need solar energy use and battery backup.
The inverter also supports parallel operation for projects that may require more output power. Buyers can begin with one unit or prepare a multi-inverter solution according to the load profile, battery capacity and available PV array.
The inverter provides 6000W of rated AC output with a listed peak power of 12400VA. Pure sine wave output is suitable for compatible household, office and light commercial equipment operating at 220V, 230V or 240V AC.
Refrigerators, pumps, air-conditioning units, compressors and other motor-driven equipment should be checked for both running power and startup demand. The complete simultaneous load must remain within the inverter and battery limits.
The typical source-switching time is 10ms. Equipment response can vary, so uninterrupted operation should not be assumed for every sensitive device.
The MPPT charger supports up to 6000W of photovoltaic input. Its operating range is 120–500Vdc, with an optimal Vmp range of 300–400Vdc, a maximum PV open-circuit voltage of 500Vdc and a maximum input current of 20A.
The solar string should be designed from the panel voltage, temperature coefficient and series-module quantity. Cold-weather open-circuit voltage must remain below the inverter’s maximum PV input limit.
The inverter uses a 48Vdc battery platform, with 56.4Vdc constant-voltage charging and 54Vdc float charging references. Battery chemistry, BMS settings, current capability and communication compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.
The maximum AC charging current is 100A, while the maximum total charging current is 120A. Charging settings should be selected according to the connected battery bank rather than automatically using the maximum inverter value.
Up to six units can be configured in parallel when additional system power is required. Parallel quantity, battery capacity, AC distribution and communication arrangement should be reviewed as one complete project.
The inverter includes an LCD and supports BMS, RS232, RS485, CAN, USB and dry-contact interfaces. These connections provide options for local operating checks, battery communication and supported external control requirements.
