This 5.12kWh stackable LiFePO4 battery is designed as the storage component of a compatible residential energy storage system. Its 51.2V and 100Ah electrical configuration provides 5120Wh of nominal battery energy for home solar storage, selected backup circuits and off-grid residential applications.

The stackable cabinet format gives installers a practical starting point for projects that may require different storage capacities. A single module can be evaluated for smaller household load profiles, while larger matched configurations can be planned subject to the inverter, communication and DC connection design.

This product is a battery module rather than an all-in-one energy storage unit. A compatible inverter, DC protection, battery cables and installation accessories must be selected separately to complete the residential energy storage system.

What 5.12kWh Means for Household Backup

Battery capacity should be selected from the household load schedule rather than the inverter power label alone. Lighting, routers, security systems, refrigeration and other priority circuits should be listed with their normal operating power and required operating hours.

The 5.12kWh nameplate value is nominal stored energy. The energy delivered to AC loads is influenced by inverter efficiency, battery settings, operating temperature, cable losses and the selected discharge limit.

Loads with compressors, pumps or motors may have temporary startup demand. The inverter output capability and battery-side current must be checked separately from the energy-capacity calculation.

Inverter and Installation Planning

The connected inverter must support a nominal 51.2V lithium battery and remain compatible with the battery’s 40.0–58.4Vdc operating range. Its charging profile should also support the listed 56.0V floating-charge voltage.

Continuous charging current should not exceed 50A, while continuous discharge is limited to 100A. Battery cables, M6 terminals, breakers, fuses and disconnect devices must be selected for the configured current and installation conditions.

The IP20 enclosure requires a dry indoor installation. Protect the battery from rain, condensation, excessive dust, direct sunlight and nearby heat sources.

Residential Energy Storage Battery FAQ

Does this product include a solar inverter?

No. It is the battery-storage component of a residential energy storage system. A compatible inverter and DC protection equipment are required.

Can the storage capacity be increased later?

The cabinet uses a stackable format, but any larger configuration must be planned with matching modules, suitable cabling, communication and inverter support.

Is the battery suitable for a 48V-class inverter?

It may be suitable when the inverter supports the complete 40.0–58.4Vdc battery range, charging settings and required DC current.

How should household backup time be calculated?

Use the average power of the selected loads, required operating hours, inverter efficiency and configured battery discharge limits.

Can the battery be installed outdoors?

No outdoor claim should be made. The IP20 enclosure requires a protected, dry and non-condensing indoor location.
