| High Light | 233kWh Commercial Battery Storage ,100kW C&I Battery Storage ,Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System | ||
The 233kWh 100kW Liquid Cooling C&I Battery Storage for Compact Sites is designed for commercial and industrial projects where equipment space, stored energy and PCS power must be considered together.
The system combines 233kWh of LiFePO4 battery capacity with a 100kW PCS in a cabinet measuring 1400 × 1000 × 2399mm. It uses an 832V battery architecture, liquid cooling and CAN, RS485 and Ethernet communication.
Commercial energy storage is often selected by comparing kW and kWh, but the physical space available at the site can also influence which system is practical.
The cabinet measures 1400mm wide by 1000mm deep, giving an equipment footprint of approximately 1.40m² before installation clearance is added.
The 233kWh and 100kW ratings describe two different parts of the system.
Battery energy determines how much nominal energy is stored, while the PCS rating determines the power conversion level.
At a theoretical constant 100kW output, the nominal energy-to-power ratio is approximately 2.33 hours.
The 215kWh and 233kWh configurations both use a 100kW rated PCS in this product series.
Moving to the 233kWh version therefore increases nominal stored energy without changing the rated 100kW PCS power level.
Battery energy: 215kWh
Rated PCS power: 100kW
Nominal voltage: 768V
Cabinet size: 1400 × 1385 × 2203mm
Battery energy: 233kWh
Rated PCS power: 100kW
Nominal voltage: 832V
Cabinet size: 1400 × 1000 × 2399mm
If 100kW already satisfies the project's target PCS power but additional stored energy is required, the 233kWh configuration can be evaluated without moving to a higher PCS power class.
Using the cabinet width and depth only, the 233kWh configuration provides approximately 166kWh of nominal battery capacity per square meter of cabinet footprint.
This calculation is useful only as a preliminary equipment-layout reference. It should not be treated as battery cell energy density or as the total installation-space requirement.
This configuration can be considered where a commercial or industrial site needs a 100kW-class energy storage system but has defined equipment-layout constraints.
The battery system uses LiFePO4 chemistry with a nominal battery capacity of 280Ah.
Nominal voltage is 832V and the specified battery operating voltage range is 702V to 936V.
Maximum charging and discharging current are both specified at 140A.
These parameters should be considered together with the PCS and complete DC-side electrical design during project engineering.
The battery system uses liquid cooling for thermal management.
The specified operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C, while storage temperature is -30°C to +45°C.
Relative humidity is specified from 5% to 95%, with an operating altitude of up to 2000m and an IP54 enclosure rating.
The system uses a 100kW rated PCS with a maximum AC current of 167A.
Rated AC voltage is 230/400V and grid frequency is 50/60Hz. THDi is specified at less than 3%.
Final conductor sizing, electrical protection and grid connection design should follow the actual site requirements and applicable electrical standards.

Although cabinet footprint is important, physical deployment should be evaluated as a complete installation task.
The system has an approximate net weight of 2300kg, so the project team should confirm transport access, unloading method, lifting equipment and the load-bearing capability of the installation area.
A retrofit project should be evaluated from both electrical and physical perspectives.
Before selecting the system, check whether 100kW of PCS power matches the intended load strategy, whether approximately 233kWh of nominal energy provides sufficient operating duration and whether the cabinet can be safely installed within the available equipment area.
This approach helps avoid selecting a BESS that meets the electrical requirement but creates unnecessary difficulties during site deployment.
The cabinet dimensions are 1400 × 1000 × 2399mm, giving an equipment footprint of approximately 1.40m². The actual installation area must be larger because access and maintenance clearance are also required.
Both use a 100kW rated PCS. The 233kWh version provides additional nominal battery energy and uses an 832V battery platform, while the 215kWh version uses 768V.
The theoretical nominal calculation is approximately 2.33 hours. Actual operating duration depends on usable battery energy, PCS losses, reserve settings and changing site load.
It can be evaluated for existing commercial or industrial sites, but suitability depends on available equipment space, electrical connection, load profile, supporting structure and access conditions.
The nominal battery voltage is 832V and the specified operating voltage range is 702V to 936V.
The supplied specification lists 140A maximum charging current and 140A maximum discharging current.
Yes. Liquid cooling is specified as the battery thermal management method.
The supplied specification lists CAN, RS485 and Ethernet communication interfaces.
IP54 is the specified enclosure protection rating. The final installation environment should still comply with the complete equipment instructions, ambient conditions and project engineering requirements.
Provide the site load curve, target PCS power, required discharge duration, available installation area, access route, grid information and any space or foundation restrictions. These details help evaluate both electrical sizing and physical deployment.
Send us your load profile, required operating duration, available installation area and site access information. We can help evaluate whether the 233kWh / 100kW configuration fits both the electrical and physical requirements of the project.
