Detailed Description of Blower Fan Motor:
The main function of a car blower is to blow cold air from the air conditioning evaporator or hot air from the heating water tank into the car, in order to adjust the temperature inside the car. There is nothing in the blower, only one motor.
The difference between car blowers and air conditioners:
Turn on the blower (air conditioning blower switch), if the temperature is selected as the lowest temperature, then:
The external circulation refers to the temperature of the natural air outside the car, but it will be slightly higher because the air inlet of the air conditioning external circulation is basically between the lower edge of the front windshield and the engine compartment, which will bring the temperature into the car;
If it is an internal circulation, the temperature inside the car will be blown out.
If the temperature is high, the cooling water heat of the engine passes through the evaporator (small water tank radiator) in the air conditioning system, and the hot air adjusts the temperature through the opening angle of the partition with natural air;
Turn on the air conditioning switch. If it is an automatic air conditioner, the blower will automatically start supplying air; If it is a manual switch, usually after the blower is turned on, the air conditioning compressor starts working;
When the air conditioning compressor is turned on, cold air is exchanged through the condenser in the air conditioning system, but it is also affected by temperature selection. The mixing ratio of natural air, evaporator hot air, and condenser cold air is controlled by the region in the system Meet temperature requirements;
Therefore, when high humidity windows become foggy during the rainy season, cloudy days, or rainy days, the air conditioning can be turned on, the air supply method can be selected to blow the windows, and the condenser can be used for dehumidification and mist removal.
