During installation, ensure the motor is firmly fixed to the washer assembly and the terminal is fully inserted to avoid loose connections and poor contact. At the same time, check the sealing of the connection between the jet and the motor to prevent cleaning fluid leakage. In daily use, fill with Volvo original or specification-compliant automotive-specific headlight washer fluid; avoid using tap water (which easily produces scale to block the jet or corrode the motor). Regularly check the motor’s working status—if there is no operation during cleaning, abnormal motor noise, or cleaning fluid leakage, replace it in a timely manner to prevent compromised lighting safety due to insufficient headlight cleaning.
