Product Overview
The Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor LR008881 is a genuine OE-grade engine management component for for Land Rover and for Jaguar vehicles with 3.0L V6 and 5.0L V8 supercharged petrol engines. Located on the intake manifold, this sensor measures the absolute air pressure behind the throttle valve and converts it into an electrical signal for the Engine Control Unit (ECU) . The ECU uses this data to determine engine load and adjust fuel injection and ignition timing accordingly . LR008881 is superseded by LR087236; AJ811717 and AJ813840 are Jaguar equivalents .
