The Coolant Crossover Pipe LR092992 is an OE-grade engine cooling component engineered for select for Land Rover and for Jaguar vehicles equipped with 3.0L V6 and 5.0L V8 supercharged petrol engines (AJ126 / AJ133). Also known as a thermostat top crossover hose or water outlet pipe, this component diverts coolant between the cylinder heads and thermostat housing, playing a critical role in engine temperature regulation.
The factory plastic pipe is prone to cracking and failure due to heat cycling. Upgraded aluminium versions are available as a direct-fit replacement, offering improved durability and resistance to warping compared to the original plastic design.
