CNC EDM Small Hole Drilling Machine 703C is suitable for processing micro-holes, deep holes, nozzle holes, filter holes, pores and group holes of various metals and super hard conductor materials.
Features:
703C Electrical Discharge Drilling Machine for Mini hole can drill wire-cut starting hole, filter hole, jet hole, gas hole, group holes and hole of super depth etc.
It can drill small holes on the various conductive materials, even semiconductor material, especially stainless steel, chilled steel, copper, aluminum and hard alloy etc.
This machine can drill on oblique and curved surface directly.
703 series can easily erode the drill and screw tap etc which is broken in the workpiece and not destroy the screw thread of the holes.
The working water can be normal water or saponification fluid and no pollution is brought.
The operation is easy and convenient.
X, Y, Z axes have digital display devices.
Z axis DC servo drive and has the function of setting depth.
703C has high quality resin sand cast bed, 4-axis precision ball screw, X/Y/Z-axis HIWIN linear guideway, W-axis electric lifting and special circuit for aluminum processing.
