Q2: What file format do you need for our logo?
A: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or CDR) are required for the best results. High-resolution (300+ DPI) PNG/JPG files can be used for evaluation, but final art must be vector-based.
Q3: How long is the lead time?
A: Typical lead time is 25-35 days after final design and deposit confirmation. This includes mold making (10-15 days) and production/polishing/plating (15-20 days). Rush services may be available.
Q4: Can you match a specific Pantone (PMS) color for plating?
A: Yes, we can provide custom electroplating color samples for approval. Note that metal plating cannot exactly match paper Pantone colors, but we can achieve very close metallic equivalents (e.g., gold, rose gold, gunmetal).
Q5: Do you provide screws and backplates?
A: Yes, we provide a complete hardware kit. We typically recommend and supply matching stainless steel or zinc alloy screws and backplates suitable for the thickness of your leather or material.
