Firstly, both plating object handing way are different, like hanging electroplating handles items individually, while rolling electroplating treats parts in batches. Secondly, the final surface finish are different. Hanging finish can achieve shiny and smooth surface, but rolling finish have rough and scratched surface and vintage look.

The flat key ring starts with high-quality brass wire, which is first cut to a precise length based on the 25mm diameter. Then it undergoes a cold pressing process to flatten the round wire into a uniform flat strip, followed by ring-forming with a customized mold to shape the flat strip into a perfect circle.

We adopt precision die stamping technology for logo customization. A custom mold is made according to your logo design first, then the formed flat brass key ring is placed under a hydraulic stamping machine.
