A: The existing fixed mold is 51mm×13mm with two side sewing holes.
If you need different sizes or hole layouts, we can open new custom molds with extra one-time mold cost.
Q7: What plating color finishes do you supply for this metal logo plate?
A: Standard bright silver as shown in pictures. Optional finishes include gold, matte gold, gunmetal,
antique silver and matte black. All plating meets international eco-friendly requirements.
Q8: How do you package the metal tags to avoid scratches during delivery?
A: Each metal plate is wrapped with anti-scratch protective film, packed into separate polybags,
then put into cartons filled with bubble wrap to reduce surface abrasion in transit.

Plating Process Comparison
Generally there have hanging plating and rolling plating. Firstly, both plating object handing way are different, like hanging electroplating handles items individually, while rolling electroplating treats parts in batches. Secondly, the final surface finish are different. Hanging finish can achieve shiny and smooth surface, but rolling finish have rough and scratched surface and vintage look.
