How to choose a better water jet cutter?
The choice of water jet cutting machine mainly considers two parts: high-pressure system and CNC cutting platform. Different high-pressure systems and different cutting platforms can form cutting equipment suitable for different fields. 1. Selection of high-pressure system:
Mainly according to the type of cutting material, thickness, cutting surface quality and cutting speed requirements.

2. Selection of CNC working platform:
Mainly depends on the size of the cut material.
·Gantry type: compact structure, convenient installation, suitable for the occasions where the material size is relatively fixed, the loading and unloading is relatively convenient, or the loading and unloading method is relatively fixed.
·Cantilever type: the movement mechanism and the cutting platform are separated without affecting each other, and the space for loading and unloading is large. It is especially suitable for the situation of irregular material size and unfixed loading and unloading methods. If you purchase equipment, it is mainly to undertake external cutting processing , It is recommended to use the cantilever type.
·Dimensions: The choice of the size of the CNC cutting platform should first consider the shape of the workpiece (ie, the cutting stroke), and then consider the issue of cutting and the size of the material itself, which will help you make an economical and practical choice Of course, future development and changes should also be considered.
·Electric drive mode: If the cutting speed is greater than 3000mm/min, the CNC cutting platform is recommended to be driven by a servo motor.
3. Other optional items:
·Automatic sand feeding system: In order to reduce labor intensity and avoid cutting interruption caused by the operator forgetting to add sand in time, an automatic sand feeding system can be selected. This system can be used by two machines at the same time, so it is recommended to choose when there are two machines.
