The WMT 500 series waterjet cutting machine is designed for cutting large, ultra-thick materials. The water tank is specially reinforced, and the platform can withstand weights up to 2000 kg per square meter. A 120 mm mesh structure ensures high flatness and a longer service life.
Abrasive removal is simple; the platform can withstand the weight of a small excavator and can directly remove waste abrasive, significantly saving maintenance time. The X and Y axes utilize high-precision linear guides from Taiwan HIWIN and YYC gear racks, achieving cutting speeds up to 50 meters per minute, offering high precision, long service life, and high production efficiency.
WMT 500 Series Product Introduction
1. Gantry-style body, all-steel frame, high-temperature forging, durable.
2. Pure water and abrasive ultra-high pressure cutting head, capable of cutting almost all materials, including glass, ceramics, stone, metal, foam, plastic, rubber, vegetables, food, etc.
3. Equipped with three-axis and five-axis cutter heads, capable of vertical and non-perpendicular cutting, with a maximum cutting angle of 60 degrees.
