With narrow molecular weight distribution and high crystallinity, this product delivers exceptional surface performance and stability in solvent-based coatings, inks, and powder coating systems.

WQ-P2201 effectively reduces surface tackiness under elevated temperature and pressure conditions. Usage Recommendations
Dosage: Typical addition levels range from 0.5% to 2.0%, depending on formulation requirements. High-speed mixing equipment is required for dispersion in liquid coatings and ink systems. Changes in formulation, such as viscosity, mixed solvents, resin type, and pigment additions, can affect dispersibility. Selecting appropriate high-speed dispersing equipment or other homogenizers will achieve optimal results.
Compatibility: Suitable for solvent-based systems including acrylic resins, nitrocellulose, polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, and alkyd resins. Pre-testing is recommended.
