With its unique combination of thixotropy, anti-sagging, silver powder orientation ability and excellent adhesion characteristics, this emulsion has become the ideal choice of resin for the important component A in formulating high-performance 2K PU coatings for demanding industrial applications.
WL-AD3971 hydroxylated acrylic resin emulsion is used in the preparation of 2K PU coating for industrial equipment like truck and bus components, railcar exteriors and interiors. Serving as the primary film former, WL-AD3971 hydroxylated acrylic resin emulsion brings a number of advantages to the coatings. Its exceptional silver powder orientation maintains orientation stability through curing process. Coupled with excellent anti-sagging property, the resin emulsion provides smooth, uniform metallic appearance and maximum reflectivity. In addition, the hydroxyl acrylic resin has strong adhesion to metallic surface, compatible with most industrial equipment substrates.
