Hengyang Incline Drag Chain Conveyors have a two-chamber design that sees the discharge and return chambers divided by a steel plate. Larger paddles ensure that material can be moved at a steep incline within these chambers with minimal fall back.
The fully-enclosed conveyance chamber prevents any product drop off and protects from external contaminates. Features like our Self-Cleaning Tail and Cleaning Paddles make cleaning the conveyor easy.
The nominal capacity of the equipment from 25 to 1000 t/h is calculated for wheat, with bulk density 0,75 t/m³, humidity level of 18% and content of impurities — up to 5%, under normal environmental conditions.
Included: SKF and KG bearing units, overflow safety device of the drive section, discharge hopper.
All models of chain conveyors manufactured at Hengyang plant are bolted, which significantly reduces the time of the conveyor manufacture.
