Rod mill is devided in 3 types:discharge from the cylinder end,discharge from the cylinder middle and discharge form the center of end. It is widely used in processing of sand making of hard rock,also used for metal and non-metallic miing and building materials,coal and other industries with grinding mineral rocks.
Rod Mill Features:
1. Save power:
Compared with traditional old equipment, it can save more than 40% of power and increase production capacity by 10-20%. The particle size of the product is more uniform, with less coarse particles and slime. 2. Advanced technology:
Adopt advanced controllable inlet and outlet rod mill sand making machine technology, combined with the actual user's grinding material and use suitable grinding body, changed the surface contact of traditional ball mill to line contact so that the particle size of the rod mill sand making machine More uniform and higher output, suitable for ore with different hardness (Mohs hardness 5.5-12).
3. Adjustable discharge fineness:
The particle size of the discharged material can be changed through simple adjustment. The built-in fineness control device can be added to the screening device. The particle size characteristics of the rod mill products are related to the condition of the rod mill.
