The rotary vibrating screen is a highly efficient screening device. Materials on the screen surface move in a spiral pattern from the center to the periphery. It can achieve screening, filtration or classification of materials of different particle sizes.
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is to use a vertical motor as the vibration source. By installing eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the motor, the screen surface generates three-dimensional vibrations in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. As a result, the materials on the screen surface move in a spiral pattern from the center to the periphery, thereby achieving the screening, filtering or grading operations of materials of different particle sizes.
