The Z-type elevator is a highly space-efficient material conveying equipment designed for vertical lifting and horizontal transportation of materials. Its innovative Z-shaped path operation makes it ideal for facilities with limited space while maintaining high efficiency and material protection.
The drive mechanism powers a closed circulating chain with attached hoppers that move along a Z-shaped path. Materials are loaded using inflow feeding (reducing breakage), vertically lifted to the required height, then horizontally conveyed before being discharged. The enclosed structure minimizes dust and material leakage throughout the process.
