The Z-type elevator is a highly space-efficient material conveying equipment. It uses a drive device to move the circulating chain and the hoppers fixed on it along a Z-shaped path to achieve vertical lifting and horizontal conveying of materials. It adopts an inflow feeding method and non-digging material removal, which can effectively reduce the breakage rate of granular materials. It is suitable for various materials such as powder, granules, and small blocks, and has a fully enclosed structure to reduce dust leakage. Working principle

The working principle of the Z-type elevator is that the drive device drives the closed circulating chain to rotate. The fixed hoppers on the chain receive materials from the feeding port - using the inflow feeding method, the materials naturally fall into the hoppers, reducing friction and breakage. Then, the hoppers loaded with materials move along the Z-shaped path with the chain, first vertically lifted to the set height, and then horizontally conveyed for a certain distance. When reaching the top discharge port, the hoppers are turned over by the chain turning or flipping mechanism to unload the materials. The empty hoppers after unloading continue to return along the chain to the feeding port position to receive materials again, forming a continuous circulation conveying process. The overall structure is enclosed to reduce material leakage and dust diffusion, ensuring efficient and stable material transfer.
