Working Principle:
1. The motor drives the screen drum to rotate slowly around its axis through a driving device (such as a reducer or chain);
2. Materials enter through the feed inlet at one end of the screen drum. During the rotation of the screen drum, material particles smaller than the screen mesh size pass through the mesh holes and fall into the receiving device below, completing the collection of “undersized materials”;
3. Material particles larger than the screen mesh size rotate with the screen drum and are discharged from the discharge outlet at the other end, becoming “oversized materials”. Finally, the separation of materials with different particle sizes is achieved.

Stable Screening Efficiency: The continuous rotation of the screen drum enables uniform distribution of materials and full contact with the screen mesh, reducing the probability of mesh clogging and ensuring a continuous screening effect.
Strong Adaptability: The rotation speed of the screen drum and screen mesh size can be adjusted according to material properties (such as humidity and particle size) to meet the screening needs of various materials.
Stable Operation with Low Noise: Adopting a low-speed rotation design, the equipment has small vibration and low noise during operation, which has little impact on the working environment.
Simple Structure & Easy Maintenance: Core components (screen drum, screen mesh) are easy to assemble and disassemble. Daily cleaning and screen mesh replacement are simple operations, resulting in low maintenance costs.

Mining Industry: Screening ores, sand and gravel, gangue, etc., to separate mineral materials of different particle sizes or remove impurities.
Construction & Building Materials Industry: Classifying materials such as concrete aggregates, lime, and cement clinker to meet the requirements of production formulas.
