SS wire trommel screens and rotary screening drums are mechanical screening machines used to separate materials. Wedge wire trommel screens are used in the mineral and solid-waste processing industries. Additionally, they remove fines from waste streams. The trommel consists of a wedge wire cylindrical drum (rotary drum) elevated at an angle at the feed end. Hengyang Sieves wire is an extremely robust and durable screening method product.
HENGYANG’s line of Rotary Drum Screens for industrial wastewater applications are designed to provide superior solids recovery from waste streams. HENGYANG has been providing reliable and robust rotary screens globally since 2012. They have been used in a variety of food and beverage and industrial wastewater applications including beef, hog, poultry, and seafood offal, protein rendering, fruit and vegetable processing, pulp and paper production, just to name a few.
HENGYANG offers its Drum Screens as a family of solutions to meet the variety of unique industrial applications. All of the rotary screens are constructed with 304 stainless steel.
All units are customized to meet the specific needs of the application. Options can include 316 stainless steel, internal spray bars, customized controls, and variable frequency drives. The screening drum media, which includes wedge wire, perforated plate, and wire mesh is selected to optimize the processing performance of the application.

Features: Removable handle for manual operation of electric motor sieves, if required. It is fitted with loading and discharge chutes and replaceable 8mm wire mesh. Other mesh sizes available on request
